Editorial policy
Prime Training Journal aims to make training and adult learning easier to think about, with careful wording, clear distinctions and room for different contexts.
Accuracy and clarity
We take care with factual statements and explain the scope of an article plainly. Where a subject has meaningful limits or depends on context, we say so rather than smoothing away the distinction. We do not invent sources, experience, qualifications or certainty.
Editorial independence
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers and the publication's subject. A commercial relationship does not purchase an editorial conclusion, favourable coverage or a change to the publication's standards.
Corrections
If you believe an article contains an error, contact us through the Contact page and identify the passage and concern. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making the change clear where the error could affect a reader's understanding.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid or partner-supported material is identified clearly as such and kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where used, they are treated as illustrations rather than evidence or documentary records.
Learning grows through attention and practice.
A well-shaped session is a beginning, not a promise. We look at the choices that give people room to understand, try and reflect.
